Robert Shawn Knight is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in landscaping and business consulting. As the CEO of GreenEarth Landscaping Company and Co-founder of GrowthBridge Coaching and Consulting, he has leveraged his business acumen and leadership skills to build thriving companies and help others achieve growth. Originally from Winter Park, Florida, he spent much of his life in North Carolina. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Appalachian State University, where his entrepreneurial aspirations began to take shape.
Knight’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2005 when he founded his first landscaping company in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. With limited resources and a clear vision, he focused on establishing strong relationships in the commercial and residential landscaping sectors. His ability to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions quickly propelled his business to success. As the company grew, he sold it to private equity, turning his initial investment into a profitable venture. This success fueled his desire to expand further and invest in new opportunities.
Following the success of his landscaping ventures, Knight co-founded GrowthBridge Coaching and Consulting. Recognizing the challenges that small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) face when scaling their operations, he established GrowthBridge to offer business owners the tools and strategies they need to grow their businesses effectively. Through GrowthBridge, he provides business consulting services such as strategic planning, market analysis, and operational optimization. He aims to help business owners increase their revenue, expand their reach, and create long-term value for their companies.

He also participates in half-marathons and stays fit through weightlifting and other activities. He enjoys traveling and has visited several countries, including Peru, Colombia, and Japan. These experiences enrich his personal and professional life, helping him maintain a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
